Estimate Time Of Arrival:
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production Time:

Custom orders: production time within 3-7 business days

Non-custom orders: production time within 1-3 business days

Order Tracking:
Upon shipment, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. Some orders may be shipped using multiple parcels, in which case, you'll receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Tracking events will populate once the parcel is scanned.

Incorrect Address:
Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout to avoid complications. We may contact you for updates if we detect incorrect or missing information, potentially causing delays in delivery.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. In such cases, the orders will be returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and handled accordingly. Kindly verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee is required for resending. We hold no responsibility if parcels are lost, stolen, or damaged after contacting the carrier for forwarding or redirection.
